2. Product Information & Usage Disclaimer

  • Our products are formulated with natural ingredients and botanical extracts. However, natural products can still cause allergic reactions or sensitivity in certain skin/hair types.

  • Patch Test Requirement: We strongly advise performing a patch test on a small area of skin before using any new product. Herbal Pebbles is not liable for individual adverse reactions, sensitivities, or improper product application.

  • Product descriptions, images, and ingredients are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to natural batch variations.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or update item availability at any time without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event of a pricing error or stock issue, we will notify you using the contact details provided at the time of order placement.

4. Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan via our partner courier services.

  • COD Commitment: When choosing Cash on Delivery, you commit to accepting the package and paying the full order amount upon delivery. Refusing parcels upon arrival without valid prior notice damages our logistics operations and may result in a permanent ban from future ordering.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates. Herbal Pebbles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards for personal care items, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Damaged or incorrect items received must be reported to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic proof.

  • Return policies are governed strictly by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy.

6. Accuracy of Customer Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store.

  • You agree to promptly update your phone number and delivery address so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
