Herbal Pebbles – Shipping Policy


At Herbal Pebbles, we aim to deliver your botanical personal care essentials quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery procedures, timelines, charges, and guidelines for receiving orders across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a phone or WhatsApp confirmation prior to dispatch to ensure address details are accurate.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines
We deliver to almost all cities and major towns across Pakistan via reliable courier partners:

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Remote or rural areas may take up to 6 to 7 business days.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat shipping rate of PKR 200 applied at checkout across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Free standard delivery on orders exceeding PKR 3,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • Cash on Delivery is available for all orders within Pakistan.

  • Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready upon the courier rider's arrival.

  • Important Notice: Courier agents are independent delivery personnel. Opening packages prior to making full payment to the courier rider is strictly prohibited by logistics policy. If there is any issue with the parcel contents after opening, please contact our customer support directly.

4. Address Accuracy & Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information (including street address, house number, nearby landmark, and active phone number).

  • Delivery agents will attempt to reach you up to 2–3 times. If you are unavailable or the address is incomplete, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment facility.

  • Re-shipping returned parcels due to incorrect address information or customer unresponsiveness will incur additional delivery fees.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • You can track the status of your delivery directly on the respective courier company's tracking portal.
